PRIVACY STATEMENT
Unlike most other check companies on the internet,
ChecksAMillion.com does
not sell, lend, lease or otherwise release information
about our customers or their account or credit card information.
SHIPPING POLICY
All standard orders received by noon will ship that same
day. If you are within UPS standard ground delivery from one of our plants, you
will receive the order the day after you enter the order. Orders for delivery
to zip codes outside next day standard UPS delivery will be received in 2-5
days. Please note that we are continually adding satellite plants to cover
virtually the entire United States with standard NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Note that
our receipt of order is based on our main order entry system computer clock
which is Central time zone. Shipping to post office boxes will be delivered in
2-5 days.
GUARANTEE

guarantees our products to meet all
bank, Federal Reserve System and ABA requirements to be clearly read
electronically by your bank. We do ask that you check the bank information and
all numbering in information completely and carefully, as mistakes can occur.
We will (any or all may occur at our discretion) replace or refund (upon return
of defective checks) for defective products. Should a credit card refund be
necessary, you will need to call us with your card and expiration date. Once we
charge for an order, we do not keep numbers on site for security purposes.

SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY
We have the largest selection of software compatible
formats in the industry. We continually research format changes and software
alterations. We guarantee that the checks we ship to you will be compatible
with your un-altered software.
SECURITY
Our checks utilize numerous security features, including
Micro printing, Security Bands, Security screens, Ghost numbers, and many other
features. We continually work with the banks to protect you and your checking
account against fraud. Our order entry section is handled by a Microsoft
Commerce server, which utilizes the most current and safe encryption
techniques. Before you place your order with anyone else, find out if they are
a check printing company exclusively, or if check printing is an after thought.
LOGOS
We have an extensive library of stock cuts and logos
which
you may utilize at no charge. You may e-mail your custom logo in a BMP, JPG, or
TIF format 50 KB or less; or mail a clean scannable copy to our main plant in
Alabama. We do not charge for custom logos.
DEPOSIT SLIPS
Business size and wallet size deposit slips are shipped
in
books of 200, Quickbooks compatible are, of course, one deposit slip per page.
When ordering deposit slips on-line, please submit as a separate order from
your checks. By mail, include a sample deposit slip with your order.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
2 signature lines, special copy above the signature line,
special formats, special logos, reverse numbering and other special features
are available. Please call customer service for details.
CONTRACT PRICING
We print for many banks and software companies, so we of
course can offer special pricing and commission plans for long term contract
printing. Contact customer service for details.
BANNER ADS
We offer attractive commission rates (25%+, depending on
type of company and traffic) for companies displaying our banner
advertisements.
